The Tea Spot’s Coconut Cabana | Tea Review

Tea provided for review

Description: “If you love coconut milk sweets and sophisticated oolongs, this is your tea.”

Review: The dry blend had a lovely coconut aroma and lived up to its name. The leaves are tightly rolled but unfurl after 3 minutes. The wet leaves had a mild nutty aroma.

The liquor was a tan yellow and had a creamy and smooth texture. The tea tasted slightly grassy, with a lingering coconut tail note. Since it is a milk oolong, I was hoping for a more milky taste, but the texture was creamy like a milk oolong. The coconut flavours become stronger after letting the liquor cool. A nice tea if you like coconuts (3/5 rating).
