CitizenTea’s Rooibos Peach | Tea Review

When I think peaches, I can’t help but think of Fuzzy Peaches candies, as that’s what the nostalgic part of me remembers.  So, I am interested in seeing what this peach tea will taste like!

Description: “A light and mild green rooibos packed with peach flavour.”

Review: The dry blend smelled mostly of the rooibos – earthy intermixed with a sweet peachy smell. After brewing, I was happy to see that the liquor did have a nice pink ‘peach” colour and that familiar candy peached smell.

To put it bluntly, this tisane tasted of peach first and foremost. However, it was more subtle and not in your face overly sweet or artificial which I enjoyed. I read the CitizenTea’s website and it mentioned this one would be good iced, which I can see the potential off. I think I would even like this one better iced because it may bright out more of the sweetness from the blend (3/5 rating).
