When it comes to food, I will be the first to admit, I don’t like spicy foods at all. I always check when I order anything to confirm it isn’t spicy. However, when it comes to teas, if I see spices in them, like ginger, I expect it to have a kick to it!
Peaches are in season where I live! While I don’t always gravitate to them, who can say no to a juicy peach? Today, I will be trying three peach inspired teas, two greens and one rooibos from 52Teas. Let’s go!
Comparing Thursday is here again! Today, I will be trying two green teas and a black tea. Looking back, I thought these teas would taste good together because each blend had some floral ingredients in them. One way to find out!
Around a month ago, I tried three tisane blends from Urbal Tea. I had their Lemon Spearmint Energy, Kiwi Strawberry Energy, and Good Sport. Therefore, this will be part two, with three more tisane blends!
52Teas is a brand that I have tried a few times already. I am always curious about what I am going to try because Anne (the “mad tea artist”) always comes with unique flavours and ideas. This week I will be trying all black teas. I have a sweet, smokey, and savoury blend. Like with most 52Teas, the recommendation is to wait 10 minutes after steeping to allow for the ‘best flavours.’ Onwards!
Every so often, I come across brands that sound like they have unique blends, and Urbal Tea is one of them! I found the brand while scrolling through Tumblr, and Nick, the founder of Urbal Tea, offered to send me some samples to try. I will be trying 3 tisane blends today, and leaving 3 for another day!
A few weeks ago, I tried a flight of white teas from Teabox. Since I’ve only ever had a few white teas, I was surprised at how different each one was! This week is green teas from the same brand. I grouped these three together based on the palate profile provided by the company which noted that these teas all had a vegetable or green taste.
