One brand that has been recommended to me a few times regarding matcha was Ippodo Tea Co.! However, since I am Canadian, and all products ship from Japan, they were rather costly. When I originally was looking for tea blends, Bluebird Tea Co. was a brand that came up very frequently. So, when they had a sale, I was on it! Since I live in Canada, the shipping is quite costly, but I’m glad I followed through.

When it comes to food, I will be the first to admit, I don’t like spicy foods at all. I always check when I order anything to confirm it isn’t spicy. However, when it comes to teas, if I see spices in them, like ginger, I expect it to have a kick to it!
