Over the years, I have grown to enjoy aged white teas! I was especially interested in this white tea as it comes from Mount Kilimanjaro!
Lately, I’ve been learning to appreciate white tea and its nuances. So, I wanted to compare two aged white teas and see the differences.
Ever since learning about aged white teas when I was in Hong Kong, I have gravitated toward them when I have a chance!
I haven’t had a white tea in a while and this one looked pretty interesting because it was hand-rolled and therefore, retained a gold and white appearance!
I learned about Tea Rebellion online when Annabel, the owner, was part of a fundraising campaign to fund a school in Nepal. Therefore, when I met Annable at the 2019 Toronto Tea Festival, I knew that I wanted to spotlight her brand.
