Tea in Spoons is Looking for Feedback! | Short Update

Over the last few months, I’ve been thinking about the direction of the blog. In 2022 I’m hoping for one core change and I’m looking for feedback!

When I first started Tea in Spoons in 2015, I didn’t think I would be still running it almost 7 years later nor have over 500 blog posts. What originally began as a place for me to write short notes on new teas and blends I was trying, has blossomed into something unexpected. The blog has given me the chance to learn about tea and provided me invaluable educational opportunities.

That educational component has something I’ve been trying to grasp on how to incorporate into the blog. While I’ve always hoped that Tea in Spoons could be a space for new tea drinkers, I realize my content directly catered toward people at the start of their tea journey is lacking. So, starting 2022 and beyond, I would like to pivot from writing mostly tea reviews and creating more education posts. I already have the first few planned! Topics include tea types, how to brew teas, and even equipment for new drinkers!

I’m always looking for ways to improve the blog so, either leave a comment or fill out the Google Survey (it is quick and anonymous!) regarding:

  • What do you like about the Tea in Spoons?
  • What you would like to see in the future?
  • What you would like to learn more about?

That being said, thank you to everyone who has been with me along my tea journey, either right from the beginning or starting today!

The question of the post: What would you like to see in regard in the future?
